Diane Hennigan
Diane has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor and ACE-certified Personal Trainer. Since 1999, Diane has been teaching Pilates and has witnessed the amazing transformations in her clients' lives with improved strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Diane is Stott Pilates certified in Mat Level I and Stott Pilates trained in Reformer. Years of experience helps her personalize fitness plans to accommodate everyone from first-timers to injury/recovery clients to Olympic-level athletes. Train smarter, not harder!
Theresa McPeak
Theresa McPeak's qualifications are diverse and highly valued in the Health and Fitness Industry. She is an ACE-certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, PFIT Personal Trainer, AEA-Aquatic Exercise Association, Stott Pilates Mat Level I and Stott Pilates Trained in Reformer. She has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and watched many clients from children, seniors, elite athletes and injury/rehab strengthen muscles around their joints to enhance movement patterns in order to prevent injury and strengthen the body's core to improve overall alignment.
Tandi Smith
Tandi is a certified PHI Pilates Instructor as well as being a certified Physicalmind Mat instructor and PiYo instructor. Her positive attitude and encouraging demeanor make each fitness class fun and rewarding.
A dancer, Tandi started dancing and twirling at age three receiving numerous awards. She was awarded a dance scholarship to Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas where she was a member of the Internationally Famous Apache Belle dance team. While a member, she performed in the Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade, NFL Houston Oilers game and in New York City. She then transferred to Sam Houston State University and started her Pilates training through Physical Mind Institute in New York City. As a dancer, Tandi brings a unique perspective on movement and the body. Her focus is to help others be able to move better, feel better and look better.
